Kalterra Capital Partners secured a $26.3 million construction loan that will finance their newest development Park Place Apartments in Waxahachie. The 8 building, 213-unit development broke ground in April of 2018, and just a half mile from US Highway 287, the site provides quick access to downtown Dallas. Brownstone Construction is the general contractor for the project and Sunridge Management Group will manage the asset upon completion.
