Kalterra self-manages all developments except for our multifamily developments where we undergo an extensive vetting process to ensure we partner with the best possible local property management groups for each of our projects. Our asset management teams take a hands-on approach with our property management partners to ensure we are maximizing value. We work with our property management partners to ensure our branding, collateral, website, and a custom marketing plan is in place months before the lease-up begins.
