Dallas-based apartment development firm, Kalterra Capital Partners, plans to begin work on five new projects in Texas before the end of the year. While most Class A developers are focused on the DFW area, Kalterra believes in building in areas that have a thirst for quality apartments, like Waxahachie. Kalterra will begin work on two projects in Waxahachie, The Fitzgerald and The Hamilton, this year, along with projects in Grand Prairie, San Marcos, and Kyle.
