The Hamilton is a 175-unit active adult development that broke ground in August 2021. The project is in a master planned bedroom community in Waxahachie, south of Dallas. There is a significant need for senior living in the area with a market occupancy of 98%. Kalterra worked with the city of Waxahachie to rezone the property for the specific use.
