Kalterra is the master developer of Midtown GP, a 56-acre master planned site in Grand Prairie that will include a mix of uses including: 700 units of Class-A multifamily, 142 townhomes, and retail pads/strips. The site is in a prime location along Hwy 161 and just north of I-20. Midtown GP is located in Grand Prairie’s “entertainment corridor” and is in close proximity to IKEA, EpicCentral, Andretti Indoor Karting & Games, and Bass Pro Shops.

Kalterra is the developer for Arden at Midtown GP (366 units) which broke ground in September 2021 and is the master developer for the townhome and retail portions of the property.
