Jordan joined Kalterra in January 2023 and brings 6 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. Before joining the team, Jordan was a Development Manager for Gardner Capital focusing on affordable housing development in Texas, Illinois & Colorado. Before pivoting into RE development with Gardner Capital, Jordan was an Associate w/in Bank OZK’s Real Estate Specialties Group (RESG) in which he asset managed over 20 construction/operating loans totaling ≈ $1 billion in loan commitments. In a life before real estate, Jordan was a Marketing Assistant with the PGA TOUR at their TPC Craig Ranch property in McKinney, TX and an Assistant Golf Professional with Meadowbrook Golf & Country Club in Prairie Village, KS. Jordan’s education, differentiated career background and industry knowledge have helped him successfully navigate the many aspects of the development process.
