Dean started his real estate career in the early ’80s and has since been involved in a variety of successful enterprises.  He is passionate about entrepreneurship, and has been a founder or co-founder of nine businesses, with seven of those currently in operation.  His experience as a principal involves well over $2B of development, value add and financing transactions.  Dean holds three external Board positions including two non-profits and one private enterprise.
