On August 18th, Kyle City Council unanimously approved a development agreement for the southwest corner of Kohlers Crossing and southbound Interstate Highway 35 Frontage Road. Part of the property is zoned for retail service while the other part will have R-3-3 zoning for multifamily residential. Kyle Resident, Lisa Crane, and her family have owned the property for 36 years. Lisa has been in direct contact with Kalterra Capital Partners and is confident they are the best company for the job.
