Cadan began as an intern with Kalterra in January of 2024 and was hired as an Associate in March of 2024. Before joining Kalterra, Cadan interned at JLL while attending the University of Texas. During his time at the University of Texas, Cadan gained valuable experience in multifamily acquisitions and asset management, tenant and landlord representation, and capital markets. Cadan works to identify and secure land for development opportunities for Kalterra.
