Arlen joined the Kalterra Team in June of 2023 as a Preconstruction Estimator. After completing his formal education, Arlen gained multiple years of experience in construction management. Prior to joining Kalterra, Arlen worked as an Operations Project Engineer where he assisted in the management of multiple $10 – $80 million projects for a Commercial General Contractor in the New Orleans area.
 

• Louisiana State University, BS in Construction Management, with Minors in both Business Administration and Technical Sales
• Responsible for direct communication and collaboration with multifamily trade-partners, consultants, engineers, and other project stakeholders
