Arden at N Beauchamp is located on N Beauchamp Blvd in the booming Princeton market, just 5 miles east of McKinney, TX.  Kalterra secured a new zoning designation to allow for high density multifamily in 2022 through a planned development. The project design consists of five urban-inspired horseshoe buildings with custom designed courtyards and 2 resort-style pools. The site is located directly south of a middle school and less than 1 mile north of the city’s primary highway, US-380.
