Kalterra Capital Partners sells 12 acre, 213-unit luxury apartment complex off Park Place Boulevard in Waxahachie, Texas. The property is their second sale of the year, with another property expecting to sell by the end of 2021. Construction on the property began in 2018, completed in 2019, and was fully stabilized by 2020. Despite a whirlwind of a year in 2020, accomplishing such a lease-up is not only a testament to both the strength and resilience of the market, but the overall quality of their first development. The firm plans to begin construction on a second multifamily development as well as an active adult development in Waxahachie this year and aims to complete over 6,000 units across Texas by 2030.
