Kyle joined Kalterra in the summer of 2024, bringing 7 years of commercial real estate experience with a focus on multifamily acquisitions. Before joining Kalterra, Kyle was the AVP of Investments at Equity Residential, where he concentrated on acquisitions across Texas. In his current role, he leads Kalterra’s acquisitions team and is responsible for identifying and generating both on-market and off-market acquisition opportunities.
