The Foundry is a part of the first phase development in Midtown GP. The project includes 366 units over 4 buildings, that will serve as the residential hub for the master planned development. The project features thoughtful design, efficient floor plans, and plans for future mixed use that will cater to the affluent demographic that is growing and prevalent in Grand Prairie.

Kalterra broke ground on the project in September of 2021.
